Bookings, tables, kitchen orders and payments. Keep the dining room and the back office connected throughout service.

Restaurants, trattorias, bars
Service on the floor, books in order.
The room you draw is the room the waiter works on. The order goes to the kitchen by station, the bill closes on the till of the same system, and the evening ends with the takings already in the sales register — not in a folder to type up tomorrow. Suppliers, stock, staff and invoices for the banquet live in the same books.

Restaurants / EquinoxFor the people using it
Restaurants
Bookings that follow your service hours, orders taken at the table and split by station in the kitchen, the bill settled on the till of the same system, and every sale already in the VAT register. Equinox for restaurants, trattorias and bars.
- Order states
- 6open, sent, partially served, served, settled, cancelled — the same state the kitchen screen and the floor both read.
- Allergens
- The 14 of the EU liston every dish, shown next to the price on the public QR menu; the AI can extract them from the ingredients you wrote.
- Booking rules
- Per weekdayservice windows, turn time and slot step, booking window, largest party and a cap on covers per slot; what does not fit goes to the waitlist.
- Till to VAT register
- Every saleeach completed sale is a receipt in the day’s takings and a line in the sales VAT register, once and only once; the session close counts cash against what was expected.

One evening, five moments, one record.

Bookings in, room ready
Tonight’s bookings came through the public page and the phone, inside the service windows you set for a Tuesday. Tables are assigned on the plan; a party that did not fit is on the waitlist with an estimated no-show risk on each booking.
RestaurantThe order, taken at the table
Table 3 is opened with four covers. Dishes are picked from the menu by category, a note goes on the fish; the order is sent. Nothing is retyped: the ticket is the order.
RestaurantIn the kitchen, by station
The kitchen screen shows the sent order as one card per table, each line with its course and station. The bar sees the wine and the dessert wine; the kitchen sees the pasta and the fish. A tap moves a line to preparing, ready, served.
RestaurantThe bill, on the till of the same system
The venue settles on the till: the order becomes a sale in the open register session, paid by card, printed on the network printer. Coupons and gift cards apply here; the amount is in the session totals the moment it is paid.
RestaurantClose of day, books already written
The register session is closed with the cash count against the expected balance. Every completed sale of the evening is already a line in the sales VAT register, and the supplier orders and stock of the week sit in the same books.
AccountingThe modules involved
Six modules, one dining room.
A restaurant runs on the room, the kitchen and the till — and on the suppliers, the stock, the staff and the invoices behind them. These are the modules a restaurant uses in Equinox; each has its own page.
Restaurant
Floor plan, table orders, kitchen screen, the menu with allergens and QR, bookings with your service rules.
02Purchasing
Orders to the fish and produce suppliers, goods receipts checked line by line, supplier invoices booked against them.
03Warehouse
Stock of the cellar and the dry store, movements, reorder points for what runs out every Saturday.
04Accounting
The sales VAT register where every till sale lands, periodic VAT, the journal and the year-end.
05Documents
Invoices for companies and banquets, quotes for events, e-invoicing through the exchange system.
06People
Employees and contracts, clock-ins, leave balances — the brigade and the floor staff in one place.
The views that matter
What the staff actually look at.
Real captures of the application on a demo venue, in the theme you are reading in. The kitchen screen, the order pad, the till, tonight’s bookings and the session close.

The Equinox till: the product grid of a demo shop on the left, the cart with lines, VAT and total on the right, payment at the bottom.

Bookings — tonight’s service, tables assigned
The Equinox restaurant bookings list: tonight’s bookings of a demo trattoria with party size, time, status and the assigned tables.

Session close — totals by VAT rate and by payment method
The Equinox register session summary: total sales, transactions, breakdown by VAT rate and by payment method for the open session of a demo till.

Menu — editor and public preview side by side
The Equinox menu editor: the categories of a demo trattoria with their status on the left, the live preview of the public menu with dishes and prices on the right.

What is not here, on purpose: the till prints receipts on network printers and its fiscalisation goes through an external transmission provider you enable — there is no telematic recorder in the box. Online takeaway and delivery ordering are not part of the product today.
By trade
Six trades, one system underneath.
The same modules, arranged the way your work actually runs. Each page walks a typical day through the product, with the views that matter for that trade and the modules behind them.
Hospitality
Rooms on a tape chart, rate plans and a daily grid, city tax computed per stay, housekeeping that knows which room is next, and a folio that becomes an invoice at check-out. Equinox for hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs — with the restaurant downstairs in the same books.
02 · By tradeManufacturing
Bills of materials with waste per line and priced operations, production orders that consume components and receive finished goods as real stock movements, a standard cost that rolls up onto the product. Equinox for workshops and small factories, with purchasing and the warehouse in the same books.
03 · By tradeRetail & wholesale
A till that closes its session against the cash it should hold, stock that moves with every sale, price lists per customer and per quantity, reorder thresholds ordered by urgency. Equinox for shops and dealers, with purchasing and the VAT registers in the same books.
04 · By tradeField service
The week on a schedule, the work order that cannot be closed with a required check still open, parts and hours logged on site, the customer’s signature and the PDF report. Equinox for installers and maintenance firms, with the fleet and the rented equipment in the same books.
05 · By tradeStudios & agencies
Tasks on a board, hours logged as billable at their rate, expenses that pass through an approval workflow, an invoice made of the unbilled hours, reconciled against the bank when it is paid. Equinox for professional practices, studios and agencies.
06 · By tradeWorkshops & mobility
The workshop job on the vehicle that came in, trips and fuel in the fleet log, maintenance that does not slip, rental bookings that cannot overlap. Equinox for workshops, fleets and rental operators, with the invoices in the same books.
